Travis-Lovitt Hall
William M. Aldrich Hall Robert Gray Partners relationship with Multnomah Bible College and Seminary began in 1997 with the construction of two new dormitories and a master plan for the campus development over the next 25 years. We proudly present two recent projects that have supported Multnomah Bible College and Seminary’s growth. Travis-Lovitt Hall, Multnomah Biblical Seminary Robert Gray Partners supported Multnomah’s vision by designing a built environment that complemented the existing, old-fashioned campus style. The exterior design showcases traditional brick work with large columns. |

Story: New seminary classroom and faculty office building, Travis-Lovitt Hall, opened in spring semester of 2002, providing tremendous advancements in technology and an enhanced learning environment for students. |
Project Highlights: 17,600 sq. foot combined 2 story academic offices / classroom facility. Brick veneer over wood frame construction. The new classrooms boast the latest in technological features with computer-operated ceiling projectors and study rooms with multiple internet connections for laptop-carrying students. New architecture is sympathetic in siting, mass & style to existing buildings. “Robert Gray Partners are ‘can do’ people. They were on budget and on time. Design/build complex includes (2) two story, breezeway connected buildings that accommodate 120 students. Both buildings have a spacious central lounge with kitchen and fireplace. Project completed on time and under budget. |
