Principal in charge of Estimating and Value Engineering
Bob’s success in the industry is the result of a blend of pragmatism and progressiveness. Bob has a proven track record (45 years) of building skilled crews, good moral and a highly satisfied client base. As a founder of the company that bears his name, Bob is adamant about remaining true to the principles of integrity, value and respect.
David Hoff
President
David manages and directs the RGPI team. He started as a carpenter’s apprentice after college, and from there has engaged in nearly every facet of a construction firm! David is responsible for business development, estimating and planning.
Bob Hubel
Vice President
Bob has been in the industry for over 30 years, and his passion for the construction is unwavering. Bob delivers solutions to any on-site technical challenge.
John Gray
Secretary, Treasurer, Construction Coordinator
John was a member of the team before he even finished high school. His background in the field, combined with his bachelors in business from Linfield College, provides a solid foundation to manage RGPI’s construction activities. John is lead safety officer and handles the coordination of the workforce, materials, and equipment.
